Are You Investing In Your Body?

Most people understand investing when it comes to money.

They invest in retirement accounts.

They invest in their homes.

They invest in businesses.

Why?

Because they understand a simple principle…

👉 What you invest in today produces returns tomorrow.

But when it comes to their bodies

Most people don’t invest in their health.

They skip exercise.

They eat whatever is convenient.

They ignore sleep and recovery.

And then they wonder why their “returns” look like…

Low energy.

Constantly sick.

Persistent frustration.

Your body works just like any other investment.

Every walk is a deposit.

Every workout is a deposit.

Every fruit and vegetable is a deposit.

Every good night of sleep is a deposit.

🚀 And over time, those deposits compound.

More energy.

More strength.

More resilience.

More equipped to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

Think about it…

👉 What ministry opportunities might you be missing out on because you aren’t investing in your health?

Kids?

Family?

Hiking clubs?

Sports leagues?

Disaster relief missions?

Cutting grass for a person in need?

🔥These are opportunities to share Jesus with non-believers and build up the faith of other fellow believers.

It’s being a good steward of the “good deposit of the Gospel that was entrusted to you.” (2 Timothy 1:14)

👉 So, invest your…

  • Time

  • Money

  • Energy

Start depositing…

  • A short walk during your lunch break

  • An extra fruit or vegetable at each meal

  • A lean protein at dinner

  • A Saturday morning workout

  • Going to bed 30 minutes earlier
